▪Take care of your appearance.
Taking extra steps in your outward appearance, will help you feel more confident. Outward appearance is often a reflection of how you feel on the inside. Small things like, picking out a flattering outfit, accessorizing, or taking time to style your hair, can actually make you immediately feel better about yourself.

▪Make a list of your best qualities.
A lot of time we forget our own qualities, we get depressed, and think we don't have anything to be confident about. We all have our great qualities, our good qualities, and also our not so good qualities. The not so good qualities are the ones most of us focus on.

▪Exercise.
