10 MUST HAVE ESSENTIAL OILS BLENDS FOR FALL

One of my favorite things about the Fall is the warm spicy smells: pumpkin, spice, and pretty much everything spicy. Essential oils are a great way to add warm, inviting and natural fragrances to your home this season.

Essential oils not only create amazingly aromatic fragrances, but they can also naturally build and protect your immune system.
In the last few years, I’ve come to love essential oils for their therapeutic properties and also for diffusing in my home and making it smell wonderful.

Welcome your guests with the cozy scent of fall without the harmful, hidden additives. As Fall sweeps into our lives, I want to share with you a few blends I love making with essential oils to diffuse around the house.

Living outside of your comfort zone

I used to think that taking chances were to risky and just staying in my comfort zone was the best thing for me, until I realized that I couldn't live my whole life without taking any risks.  It is important to reach outside of your comfort zone, you'll realize that there are many important reasons to take a chance and become more comfortable with the idea of it.  One reasons to take a chance is that you never know what the outcome may be, it could be great! Or it could turn out to be a disaster. But, without taking the chance, you will never know. And I don't know about you, but the constant question of "what could have happened?" always nags at me if I don't take the chance.                Because when you miss taking chances you’ll regret it and wish you hadn’t, you should always take the chances you really believe in. Nobody can help you, they can support you, but only you can decide if you want to take the chance....

Always Put Yourself First

“Psychologist say, once you learn how to be happy you won’t tolerate being around people who make you feel anything less.” ~Unknown You have to learn to put yourself first and not let the judgement of others put you down. When their is someone bringing you down just limit your time with them, you can still have them in your life just make sure you’re not letting them put you in a unhappy mood like them.  Don’t let anyone treat you like you are average. You get what you settle for, so aim high and surround yourself with those who love you, respect you, encourage you and build you up. You are special, and you can achieve anything, remember that. If someone else can't see it for you, that's fine, it was given to you and not them. It's your dream.  Hold it. Nourish it. Cultivate it. Related Post Looking Beyond Imperfections
