LOSE THAT STUBBORN BELLY FAT

While trying to lose that easy to get, hard to get rid of belly fat. I have a few tips to share with you.

Trying to lose belly fat

Keep in mind these 4 basic factors that will help you lose that belly fat:
• Strength training - this will increase your metabolic rate
• Cardiovascular exercise (cardio)- this will help you to burn calories
• Proper nutrition- this will help you to lose weight so you can tone up the muscles.
• Stay hydrated- this will help keep your muscles working properly.

If you don't apply these 4 factors into your everyday plans, you could do crunches all day and still not achieve the flat belly you desire.

So, how do we implement these into our everyday routine?

Let's start with cardio. You need to do cardio exercise you enjoy, you could choose any type of cardio such as running, walking, jump rope, or biking, for 30-45 minutes, 3 or 4 days a week.

Strength training should be performed 2 or 3 times a week. Remember by having more muscle mass means you will burn more calories during the day.

Watch what you eat! The stomach is one of the first places bodyfat is stored. when you take in extra unneeded calories, a spare tire appears. Taking off the fat is absolutely necessary if you want to reveal the muscles of your midsection.

Diet is key to great abs

Staying hydrated will help keep your heart pumping blood more easily through your blood vessels, which will keep your muscles working properly.

The best way to get the most out of your ab workout is to use proper form. Make sure to follow this tip during your ab workout.
• Keep your hands folded over your chest or rest them at the side of your head, instead of behind your head. This will ensure your abs are doing all the work.

The key behind great abs is your DIET! If you do not lose the fat that covers your muscles you will never be able to show off your six pack. Great Abs is 90% of what you eat and 10% of exercise.

So to get the toned abs you are working on you must start burning fat calories! and you’ll see the results you're wanting in no time.
