Living outside of your comfort zone

I used to think that taking chances were to risky and just staying in my comfort zone was the best thing for me, until I realized that I couldn't live my whole life without taking any risks.

It is important to reach outside of your comfort zone, you'll realize that there are many important reasons to take a chance and become more comfortable with the idea of it.

One reasons to take a chance is that you never know what the outcome may be, it could be great! Or it could turn out to be a disaster. But, without taking the chance, you will never know. And I don't know about you, but the constant question of "what could have happened?" always nags at me if I don't take the chance.

Because when you miss taking chances you’ll regret it and wish you hadn’t, you should always take the chances you really believe in. Nobody can help you, they can support you, but only you can decide if you want to take the chance.

Life is better when you’re taking risks and living on the edge, instead of playing it safe.

The limbic system is an important section in the brain that helps to control emotions, mood, and behavior , therefore affects our emotional responses in the form of ...
