Practicing mindful meditation We might want to stop in the middle of our frustration to pay attention to WHY we’re feeling negative emotions. (Not that you should try to get rid of them once you notice they’re there... negative emotions have a purpose and being mindful of them means simply observing them but not judging them). Understanding that the negative emotions are showing up for a reason - and that reason might not be what you thought it was - can be really helpful. So when we’re practicing awareness, we can look at the entirety of a situation and understand the context, not just our interpretation of the events. Think about WHY we’re feeling frustrated during our super busy day, we might do a full body awareness scan and realize that you completely skipped lunch that day. Your frustration might not be coming from the fact that you’re busy… it might be coming from the fact that you didn’t get a chance to eat, and that made you resentful of everything on your to-do
2019 is the year I have learned that some things don’t matter, and some things does. Don't take everything to serious You are what you think Bad days happens just as much as good days To be happy you have too love yourself No one will respect you if you don’t respect yourself Everything happens for a reason Being kind makes you happy It’s okay not to be okay Not everyone is gonna like you Only you can make things happen for yourself Enjoy the moment Believe and you’ll succeed Don’t get angry at things you can’t control Get fresh air it makes you feel amazing Making plans helps keep things on track You’ve got to work hard Don’t take anything/one for granted Being one of a kind Life is what to make it A good year starts with a positive mind. If your day starts off bad, try to turn it around. A good year calls for a lot of trying, smiling and keeping a positive mindset. Being sad and feeling sorry for yourself is not away to a good day o
